Terms of Service

Effective date: May 14, 2026  |  Last updated: May 14, 2026

Summary: These Terms govern your use of the Integratie website and describe the general framework for our consulting services. All client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. By using this website you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at www.integratie.ca (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Integratie, a business operating in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Integratie provides AI and workflow automation consulting, design, and implementation services to Canadian businesses, with a focus on:

  • n8n workflow automation design and deployment
  • AI integration and process automation for small and medium-sized enterprises
  • Canadian-hosted automation infrastructure setup and management
  • Compliance-aware automation scoped to PIPEDA and provincial privacy requirements

The specific scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and terms applicable to any client engagement are set out exclusively in a separate written service agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services.

Integratie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering described on this Site at any time without notice.

3. Use of This Website

You may access and use this Site for lawful purposes only. By using the Site, you agree that you will not:

  • Transmit or post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site

5. User-Submitted Content

When you submit information through our contact form or other website forms, you grant Integratie a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that any information you submit is accurate, not misleading, and does not violate any third party's rights.

6. Information and Accuracy

The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. While we endeavour to keep content accurate and up to date, Integratie makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information on the Site.

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, technical, or professional advice. You should not act on information from this Site without obtaining appropriate professional advice specific to your situation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Integratie expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
  • Defects in the Site will be corrected
  • Any results obtained from use of the Site will be accurate or reliable

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties. The above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by BC and Canadian law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BC) and applicable Canadian law, Integratie, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors will not be liable to you or any third party for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings
  • Damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
  • Damages arising from content posted by third parties or from third-party links

This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if Integratie has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Integratie's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Site will not exceed CAD $100.00.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable BC or Canadian law.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

This Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites or reference third-party products and services. These links are provided for your convenience only. Integratie has no control over, and is not responsible for:

  • The content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party website
  • The availability of linked sites
  • Any loss or damage you may suffer from using a linked site

The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship. You access third-party sites entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those sites.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with this Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Integratie, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use or misuse of the Site
  • Any content you submit through the Site
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site — and that is not resolved informally — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surrey or Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact Integratie in writing at hello@integratie.ca to describe the nature of the dispute and your desired resolution. Both parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receipt of the notice.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in the courts of British Columbia.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.

15. Waiver

Integratie's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver will only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Integratie.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Integratie with respect to your use of this Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Integratie with respect to the Site.

For client service engagements, the applicable written service agreement governs and takes precedence over these Terms.

17. Changes to These Terms

Integratie reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify users.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.
